The Ibanez GRX20Z electric guitar delivers the same playability, quality, and reliable setup as higher-end Ibanez models—but at a more affordable price.
Built with a poplar wood body, it features Infinity R pickups, a 5-position pickup selector switch, and single volume and tone controls. The maple neck with medium frets is securely bolted to the body with four bolts for solid performance.
The GRX20Z is reminiscent of the iconic Ibanez RG series, which began in 1987 with the launch of the RG550. A highly popular guitar then, the RG550 remains a sought-after instrument to this day.
RG stands for Roadstar Guitar, and it quickly became one of Ibanez’s most popular electric guitars. While guitarists from all genres were drawn to it, metal players made it their go-to choice.
