The Ibanez Artwood AW54CE is a cutaway acoustic-electric guitar with a dreadnought body size. It belongs to the Artwood Series from Ibanez, which was first introduced in the 1980s.
The Ibanez AW54CE guitar offers high-end features at a more affordable price than similar brands. Its standout feature is an all-mahogany body, which delivers a warm, rich tone compared to the brighter sound of a spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides.
The electronics package in the Artwood AW54CE Ibanez acoustic-electric guitar includes a Fishman Sonicore pickup with the AEQ201TF preamp. The preamp includes a built-in tuner for fast, effortless tuning in real-time. The endpoint/strap button has a 1/4" output jack for connecting to your sound system or amplifier.
The Open Pore finish on the Ibanez AW54CE allows the guitar to resonate more freely and produce a louder, more robust sound than a guitar finished in the traditional way with urethane or lacquer. When you strum this instrument you can hear the difference.
The Ibanez AW54CEOPN Artwood mahogany cutaway acoustic-electric guitar has a lush dark tone that's sure to please the most critical ears. Call Andy's Music and order your Ibanez guitar today, and don't forget to write your review.

This is the 4th Artwood open pore acoustic I have purchased in the past yr. Absolutely one of best guitars for the money out there. However, this particular guitar’s action makes it unplayable. Andy’s should have at least checked the action before shipping. It will require significant adjustments with bridge, nut & neck, to make a playable guitar.
Excellent product
Beautiful guitar. Great bass sound while still sounding strong on the high end. Built in tuner is spot on. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others. It's a lot of guitar for the money.
