New - New inventory purchased from the manufacturer. Inventory includes standard manufacturer warranty and our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Prior to shipment the box may have been opened for inspection.

Blemished or Scratch/Dent - New inventory purchased from the manufacturer. During inspection a blemish, finish flaw, scratch and/or dent was discovered. Inventory includes the standard manufacturer warranty and our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Demo - Inventory purchased from the manufacturer that has been displayed in a trade show, demo event, and/or lesson room. May also have been a client return. May show signs of use. Inventory includes the standard manufacturer warranty and our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. 

B-Stock - Inventory purchased from the manufacturer that may show signs of use. May have a minor dent and/or scratch. Inventory has been repackaged and/or refurbished. Warranty varies by manufacturer and our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is included.

C-Stock - Inventory purchased from the manufacturer that will show signs of use. May have more prominent dents and/or scratches than b-stock. Inventory has been repackaged and/or refurbished. Warranty varies by manufacturer and our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is included.

Used - Inventory purchased from our clients. Has been tested and we do our best to notate and/or photograph any issues we have discovered. No manufacturer warranty on used items however our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is included.
